Frankie Friend, President of Frankie Friend & Associates, Inc., founded the company in November 1993 to provide engineering and technical support services to government and commercial entities.

Prior to forming the company, Ms. Friend worked for 13 years with the Department of the Air Force in the Human Resources and Protocol fields.  She left the government to gain additional experience by working exclusively in commercial Human Resources Management.  After considerable experience and building an excellent rapport with several local government and commercial entities, Ms. Friend formed Frankie Friend & Associates, Inc. to better utilize her knowledge, skills, and abilities in the engineering and technical human resources field.

As President and CEO of Frankie Friend & Associates, Inc., Ms. Friend maintains a personable, "hands on" management style with both clients and employees.
